Beggin' for a Bath - Mark's Bone

Mark is the principle groomer for Beggin’ For A Bath, LLC. He received his grooming certification from the Connecticut School of Dog Grooming. His love of dogs began early in life with a particular love of Siberian Huskies. His love of Siberians started as he read Jack London’s Call of The Wild and White Fang. His love of dogs is evident to anyone who sees him interact with them; especially his wife who always states “dogs just seem to gravitate to him – he has some type of connection with them”. Mark grew up in Shelton, CT and now resides in Milford, CT with his wife, Tina, an adorable little girl named Nicole, two Siberian Huskies named Storm and Sky and the family cat, Simba. He started his formal education at Fairfield Prep and then attended the University of Connecticut and Southern Connecticut State University. His strong customer service skills came from his time growing up in the family restaurant business and then working in corporate America. On his days off in the warmer months, you can find him flying past you on a pair of rollerblades being pulled by two very energetic huskies. During the winter months he is flying once again but on a pair of skies somewhere in Vermont. Whether Mark is rollerblading or skiing, it is usually safer to be behind him than in front of him. He also enjoys hiking with the dogs, dirt bike riding with his wife, playing poker with his friends, boating and fishing, and occasionally trying to find a little white ball in the woods on the links. Mark is a member of the Siberian Husky Club of Western Connecticut and is eagerly waiting for his two stubborn dogs to have a litter so he can start sledding. You would be hard pressed to find anyone else who loves dogs as much as he does. His love of dogs makes him the ideal person to care for your dog while being groomed. He is constantly continuing his “dog” education by attending dog shows and grooming expositions, reading any pet literature he can get his hands on and spending long hours with other fellow animal enthusiasts via the phone or internet.
